Seven interesting facts that you may find interesting ...
1. With the risk of being ostracised from the Sydney food community, I confess that I may love cars (especially classic muscle cars) just as much as gastronomy. In fact, I secretly wish I was an auto mechanic and/or a racing driver...(or a car blogger who scores free test drives!).
3. I hate my real name. If you like, call me Shane, my alter ego. It's the name I give out for reservations or to people I don't know.
4. I can recite and sing Disney's Sleeping Beauty, The Little Mermaid and Beauty and the Beast word for word. I use to do it to lull my sister to sleep.
5. My fave eras are the 60s + 70s. Woodstock, the music, sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll...I definitely grew up in the wrong generation.
6. I can belt out a mean Janis Joplin and Guns 'n' Roses at karaoke. On the other (embarrassing) hand, I'm quite renowned for my rendition of Lets Hear It For The Boy!
7. I love long drives and road trips. My dream holiday would be to to drive around Europe and USA in a Shelby Mustang. Driving music very essential.
